First spotted playing for Cray Wanderers, Baxter has been on Chelsea’s books since he was eight and played every minute of the Blues’ 2015/16 FA Youth Cup triumph.
At 17, the shot-stopper was loaned out to Metropolitan Police and made 19 appearances for the Isthmian League Premier Division side during the first half of the 2016/17 season.
His next loan spell came with National League Solihull Moors, where he featured 17 times and kept six clean sheets, including three in his first four games.
