Manchester City and Chelsea top agent fee payouts as Premier League clubs fork out £174m over last two transfer windows

Premier League clubs have paid out £174million to agents over the last two transfer windows with Manchester City and Chelsea the top spenders.

City spent £26.3m on agents’ fees while Chelsea spent £25.1m. Manchester United, meanwhile, spent £19m. There is also Liverpool on £13.8m and Arsenal on £10.2m on double figures.

West Ham spent £9.5m – more than Daniel Levy’s Tottenham Hotspur, who spent £7.2m.
