Signing for his boyhood club Wigan aged 15, Flores made his first-team debut away to Brentford on the final day of the 2014/15 Championship season.
He scored his first career goal in just his fourth senior outing in a 2-1 win over Fleetwood – a crisp half-volley which was voted their Goal of the Season.
The midfielder was also named Young Player of the Season after impressing in his six appearances in 2015/16, three of those coming in League One as the Latics were crowned champions.
