Jon Moss made a horrendous decision in awarding Hull's penalty... there's going to be penalties every game if you give that, slams Phil Neville

Former Manchester United player Phil Neville has blasted referee Jon Moss' decision to award Hull a penalty against his old side in their EFL Cup semi-final second leg on Thursday night.

Trailing 2-0 from the first leg, Hull were given an opportunity to halve the deficit in the return fixture when Harry Maguire fell under a Marcos Rojo challenge.

There appeared to be little contact but enough to see the Hull centre half earn his side a spot-kick which Tom Huddlestone converted on 35 minutes.
