Hull City have confirmed manager Marco Silva has left the club following four-and-a-half months in charge.
Silva has opted not to continue at the helm at the KCOM Stadium, despite the club confirming they had given him the opportunity to continue as boss ahead of next season.
The Portuguese manager took over the Tigers in hope of securing their Premier League status, but a poor finish to the domestic campaign saw the Tigers unable to avoid the drop.

Confirming Silva's departure via a statement on their official website, Hull said: 'The Club can announce that Marco Silva has opted to leave his position as head coach.
