George Honeyman says he has returned for pre-season training with a sense of excitement about the forthcoming Sky Bet Championship campaign.
Last season’s Player of the Year is currently in Scotland along with the rest of his team-mates for a six-day training camp and is ready to take on all of the hard work that pre-season brings as the Tigers prepare for their return to the second tier.
“We were back on Monday morning and then travelled up to Scotland later that day, which I think is a good way to do things because it means you can just have a full week training together whilst also giving the new lads a chance to bed in,” said Honeyman.
