He’s second only to George Honeyman in the Hull City squad in terms of goal assists this season and Callum Elder has been speaking about the amount of work that has been put into getting that final ball right.
Elder has eight league assists to his name so far which puts him four behind Honeyman, and the pair have certainly been on the money in terms of set-piece deliveries with the Tigers scoring plenty from corners and free kicks, and Elder admits it is a part of their game they work hard at.
“Set-pieces have been a real area of strength for us,” said Elder.
