Born in Coventry, the attacking midfielder joined Aston Villa’s academy aged eight and helped their Under-19s win the 2012/13 NextGen Series, a continental youth competition, despite only being 15.
A former England and Republic of Ireland youth international, Crowley joined London giants Arsenal in the summer of 2013 and penned his first professional deal aged 17.
To aid his development, he was loaned out to Barnsley for the first half of the 2015/16 League One campaign and made his senior debut in a 3-1 loss at Chesterfield.
