Bristol Rovers have signed defender Elkan Baggott from Ipswich Town and Hull City midfielder Harry Vaughan on loan until the end of the season.
Baggott, 21, came through Ipswich's academy and has made seven senior appearances for the club.
Meanwhile Vaughan joins having played 15 games for Hull since joining from Oldham in January 2023.
"The way that the team plays here, the environment, it's something that I think really suits me," Baggott said.
"The set-up is really good, so I think it gives me the best chance of performing at the highest level I can.
