Aston Villa have made a £14million move for Hull City striker Abel Hernandez.
The Uruguay striker has been targeted by Roberto di Matteo this summer and though Mike Phelan has been determined to hold on to the 26-year-old Villa are willing to bid £14m plus add ons up to £17m.
Hull have identified Bristol City's Jonathan Kodjia as his replacement and will offer £10m plus add-ons.

Hull have also agreed a £1million fee with Manchester United for striker Will Keane and are signing Cardiff goalkeeper David Marshall for £5m.
