Since Brian Gaine was fired on Friday, the Texans have already started to move on and interview general managers. They interviewed Ray Farmer, former general manager of the Cleveland Browns, and former Detroit Lions general manager and 49ers executive Martin Mayhew.
Since then there haven’t been any additional reported interviews. Just names, and front runners, men who may eventually interview and get the job. Nick Caserio is the BIG NAME to watch out for. Monti Ossenfort, the Patriots Director of College Scouting is another name tossed around so the Texans can continue to emulate the New England Patriots without having Bill Belichick or Tom Brady around.
