The Second Circuit United States Court of Appeals did the Texans a huge favor today when it overturned a lower-court ruling and reinstated New England quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension for his role in Deflategate.
On the third weekend of the season, the Texans play at New England in the first of their five prime-time games. Rather than playing against Brady, barring injury, they'll be going against his backup, Jimmy Garoppolo.
Garoppolo, a second-round pick in 2014, enters his third season playing behind Brady.
In his career, Brady is 5-1 in six starts against the Texans, completing 134 of 202 passes for 1,556 yards and 12 touchdowns to four interceptions.
