It’s clear that Kyle Shanahan has built an incredible coaching staff with the San Francisco 49ers. Not only is the 42-year-old Shanahan thought of as one of the brightest head coaches in the league, his offensive and defensive coordinators are highly sought-after by teams with head coaching vacancies. His special teams coordinator also received praises after last week’s upset win in Green Bay.
All four of those guys worked or played for the Houston Texans early in their careers. Now, the head coach and his three coordinators with Houston ties have the 49ers a win away from going to their second Super Bowl in the past three seasons.
