The Texans continue to contemplate their veteran options at the safety position after starter Quintin Demps signed with the Chicago Bears as a free agent.
The Texans brought in former Philadelphia Eagles second-round safety Jaiquawn Jarrett to their minicamp on a tryout basis.
They are having former Buffalo Bills safety Aaron Williams in for a visit on Thursday.
Jarrett was cut by the Eagles one game into his second NFL season. Jarrett has also played for the New York Jets.
