The Houston Texans visit the Pittsburgh Steelers in an empty Heinz Field at 12:00 PM today. As the game approaches, the inactives list is out, so let’s see who will not be suiting up as the Texans prepare to take on T.J. Watt, Ben Roethlisberger, and the rest of the undefeated Steelers.
