The Texans signed inside linebacker Nate Hall to the practice squad, cutting tight end Jerell Adams.
Hall played collegiately at Northwestern. He has previous stints on the Bills and Cowboys practice squads.
The Texans also worked out defensive end Eric Lee, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.
