The Houston Texans announced that they’ve signed LB Jelani Jenkins to a contract on Wednesday.
- The Texans also signed NT Chunky Clements to their practice squad.
Jenkins, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Dolphins back in 2013. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2.632 million rookie contract and signed on with the Raiders as an unrestricted free agent back in March.
The Raiders, unfortunately, released Jenkins and later placed him on injured reserve before cutting him loose last week with a settlement.
