Texans starting right offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson is on track to return for the season-opener after recently having a noncancerous cyst removed, according to a league source not authorized to speak publicly.

Henderson has resumed working out, but hasn't returned to practice since undergoing the procedure last week.

The cysts are common for people who have dealt with Crohn's disease, which Henderson overcame while playing for the Buffalo Bills.
