Texans rotate right tackles Chris Clark, Roderick Johnson

It took two players to replace rookie offensive tackle Tytus Howard.

With Howard placed on injured reserve Saturday due to a lingering partially torn medial collateral ligament, the Texans were forced to implement Plan B at right tackle.

They started veteran Chris Clark on the right side, but substituted in Roderick Johnson as they split time.

Johnson was in the game for the Texans' second touchdown drive and did a nice job of stonewalling pass rushers.

Clark, 34, has struggled at times this season since being signed when the Texans placed offensive tackle Seantrel Henderson on the non-football injury list.
