Today the Texans made the dream of one man come true, while setting up a roadblock in another man's dream of playing in the NFL.
The Houston Texans signed Ryan Langford, an ILB tryout UDFA. Langford played his college ball at New Mexico as a member of the Lobos. The Iowa native arrived in New Mexico for the 2014 season after playing Junior College football for Iowa Western Community College.
While Langford was welcomed to the team, Eric Lee, from the University of South Florida, was shown the door. The OLB had hoped to make it to training camp, but will not be one of the 90 men destined to spend the summer sweating in the Houston heat and humidity.
