That championship is still out there, somewhere, wandering in the distance.

In case you've been living under a rock or have completely ignored professional football for the last 20 years, Oilers owner Bud Adams relocated Houston's NFL franchise to Nashville in 1999 and changed the team's name.

But less than a decade later, the city and owner Robert "Bob" McNair were granted another team: the Texans. And while a Super Bowl title remains elusive, the young organization has seen its fair share of wild moments.

Many remember specific plays, both big and small. Others will never forget standout performances that, win or lose, have stood the test of time.
