Texans' Quintin Demps soaks up knowledge from Ken Houston

For Texans strong safety Quintin Demps, it was a rare opportunity to soak up knowledge from a Hall of Fame safety.

Demps thoroughly enjoyed talking football with former Oilers and Washington safety Ken Houston, a 12-time Pro Bowl selection and a member of the NFL 75-year anniversary team.

Inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1986, Houston played center and linebacker at Prairie View and never even played safety until he was in the NFL. Prairie View was the only school that recruited Houston after Bishop College initially offered him a scholarship before withdrawing it as the school was still segregated.
