NRG stadium clears safety checks after Houston area flooding.
It's been a rough few days in Houston, TX to say the least. Storms earlier this week dumped up 10-plus inches of rain in many areas around town. The result was devastating flooding on the city's roadways, property damage, and numerous deaths.
As the skies have cleared and the sunshine has returned, there has been some good news. TMZ Sports is reporting that NRG Stadium hasn't suffered any damage.
The spokesman for NRG park said about the flood waters and the stadium:
