After taking to social media late Thursday in an effort to find his lost dogs, Rocky and Princess, Texans outside linebacker Whitney Mercilus was reunited with his pups on Saturday thanks to a helpful Houston family.
Mercilus kept the search updated via Twitter after his dogs went missing late Thursday night.
On Friday he tweeted that he had some leads on the whereabouts of his dogs and later informed his followers that the dogs were OK and being taken care of.
Thanks to hundreds of retweets and the Barrera family, the pooches were successfully delivered to Mercilus on Saturday.
