The hospitality that made newly retired NFL star J.J. Watt beloved by Houston Texans fans during his 10 years with the organization has made its way across the Atlantic Ocean to the town of Burnley, England.
Watt and his wife Kealia, who spent seven seasons as a midfielder in the National Women’s Soccer League before giving birth to the couple’s firstborn Koa in October of this past year, recently became minority owners of Burnley F.C., an English football club that is set to be promoted to the Premier League for the 2023-24 season.
