Texans' Lamar Miller flashes multidimensional skill set

Lamar Miller broke into the clear, darting out of the Texans' backfield to his right to snag a lob from quarterback Deshaun Watson in stride for a touchdown catch Sunday.

The Texans' versatile Pro Bowl alternate running back had already opened the game with a touchdown run on an option pitch to the left from Watson, marking the first score of the season for Miller.

It was the kind of multidimensional game the Texans envisioned from Miller when they signed him to a four-year, $26 million contract a year ago.

Miller delivered his top performance of the season during a 57-14 victory over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, rushing for a season-high 75 yards on 19 carries and catching four passes for 56 yards.
