Texans rookie safety Justin Reid is undergoing wrist surgery to repair damage sustained during his first NFL season.
The third-round draft pick from Stanford made the announcement on social media.
"Thank you all for concern," Reid wrote. "Came from injuries thru the season for those curious."

Reid made an immediate impact for the AFC South division champion Texans.
He recorded 88 tackles, three interceptions, returning one 101 yards for a touchdown, one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries.
