Texans star defensive end J.J. Watt returned to practice Friday one day after being given a day off.
Watt is playing with a broken finger.
The three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year is set to play Sunday.
“We just gave him a day off,” Texans coach Bill O’Brien said Thursday. “He’s played a lot of football, so yeah, he’ll be out there. He’ll be ready to go.”
Meanwhile, offensive guard Greg Mancz didn't practice for the second day in a row.
If Mancz is unable to play Sunday, then Jeff Allen will start at right guard as he's returned to participate fully after missing the past two games with a high-ankle sprain.
