Texans in flux at WR after loss of Demaryius Thomas

Veteran wide receiver Demaryius Thomas' season-ending ruptured Achilles tendon dramatically changes the Texans' offense.

Thomas is a five-time Pro Bowl selection who was the most experienced wide receiver on the roster besides All-Pro selection DeAndre Hopkins.

At 6-3, 230 pounds, Thomas is a big red-zone target and a polished route runner.

"Demaryius is a great player, excellent pro, but feel good about the guys that we have and also some of the moves we may make to help that position," Texans coach Bill O'Brien said. "We have strong guys on the roster. We have strong guys on the practice squad.
