Danny Barrett was hired as running backs coach to replace Charles London. He was Miami's running backs coach the last two years.
Tracy Smith was hired as assistant special teams coach under Brad Seely, who was hired this week. Smith was Oakland's assistant special teams coach under Seely for the last three years. They replace special teams coordinator Larry Izzo and his assistant, Doug Colman, who were fired after the season.
Anthony Midget, the Texans' assistant secondary coach the last four years, will coach the defensive backs.
