Texans defensive end Devon Still and safety Corey Moore avoided being fined by the league office for a pair of hits that drew scrutiny against the Arizona Cardinals.
Still blocked quarterback Carson Palmer during linebacker John Simon's interception return for a touchdown, knocking off Palmer's helmet and chipping his tooth.
"I turned around and I saw him dive for John and I took him out," Still said. "It was simple. I see a lot of people saying it was a cheap shot, but what if he made the tackle?"
In the third quarter, Texans backup safety Corey Moore was flagged for unnecessary roughness when he arrived late and delivered a high hit to Cardinals wide receiver Brittan Golden on an incomplete pass.
