Texans' DeAndre Hopkins enjoying new playbook wrinkles with Deshaun Watson

Since the Texans installed rookie Deshaun Watson as their starting quarterback, a lot has changed as he's breathed life into a dormant offense.

One aspect of that improvement is the mobility and field presence Watson provides. He uses his improvisational skills to extend plays, giving wide receivers like DeAndre Hopkins extra time to sell their routes and get open.

The collegiate style option concepts and pro-style aspects of the playbook with Watson are exciting to Hopkins, who's caught 31 passes for 311 yards and two touchdowns.

"I feel like a rookie," Hopkins said with a smile.
