Texans' Bill O'Brien: J.J. Watt is in 'doing very well'

INDIANAPOLIS -- Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said defensive end J.J. Watt is "doing very well" in his recovery from his September back surgery.

"J.J.'s doing well," O'Brien said Wednesday at the combine. "I'm not a doctor. I'm not going to stand up here and give you exactly everything that's going on with him medically, because to be honest with you, I don't really know. I just know that in my conversations with him ... I can tell you that he is doing very well. He's in great shape. He can't wait to be back"

Watt had his second back surgery in less than three months in late September after he re-aggravated his injury.
