Tennessee Titans controlling owner Amy Adams Strunk today pledged $1 million to defensive end J.J. Watt's relief effort for Houston area flood victims.

The pledge by Strunk, who resides just outside Houston, pushes Watt's donations to more than $2.5 million. Watt started his effort with a $100,000 pledge of his own and also received $50,000 from new Rocket Chris Paul.

Previously, Texans owner Bob McNair pledged $1 million to the United Way and New England owner Robert Kraft donated $1 million to the Red Cross to help Houston's flood victims.
