FOXBOROUGH, Mass. -- Building depth at the wide receiver position for the next two years, the New England Patriots have reached a two-year, $3 million contract extension with Keshawn Martin, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Field Yates.
Martin, who was acquired from the Houston Texans in a trade on Sept. 17, finished with 24 catches for 269 yards and two touchdowns this season. He played in nine games for the Patriots, with eight starts.
