Shortly after a Harris County grand jury declined to indict Deshaun Watson after a police investigation into alleged sexual assault during massage sessions, his attorney urged for everyone to put the tumultuous 12 months behind them.
"It is time to let Deshaun move on," Hardin said in a statement to media shortly after the grand jury's decision was revealed.
Watson still faces civil lawsuits from 22 women who have accused the Texans quarterback of similar actions during massage sessions. Tony Buzbee, the Houston attorney representing the women, questioned Watson for about three hours in the civil cases Friday morning.
