I thought Tony Romo was getting released. Adam Schefter told me so just yesterday.
Have to admit, I’m a bit skeptical about Mortensen’s report. My initial thought is that this is simply a last-ditch effort by the Cowboys to get something in return for Romo, that they’re trying to play upon the fears and desperation of QB needy teams to create a market.
