NFL free agency is underway, and although the Houston Texans have yet to make a significant splash with any one particular deal, they have started to fill out the numerous holes on their roster.
Among the most notable pickups early on in free agency have been the additions of defensive back Jimmie Ward, defensive lineman Hassan Ridgeway and receivers Robert Woods and Noah Brown. The Texans also traded for veteran offensive guard Shaq Mason on Tuesday, with the opportunity to continue bolstering their roster in next month's NFL draft.
