When J.J. Watt fractured his leg Sunday night against the Chiefs, it marked the second straight year the Texans star's season was cut short way early.
Last season, Watt was able to play in just three regular season games before re-injuring his back against the Patriots. This time, he made it to the fifth game of the season.

There's little doubt that Watt will recover from this injury and return next season, but he'll be 29 by the start of the 2018 season.
