The Texans ruled out wide receiver Will Fuller, who is expected to be out until November with a strained hamstring, along with offensive tackle Tytus Howard (partially torn medial collateral ligament) and center-guard Greg Mancz (concussion).

Texans veteran corner Johnathan Joseph is questionable on the injury report with hamstring and neck injuries.
Joseph practiced all week on a limited basis, but is considered likely to play Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
The Texans also listed cornerback Bradley Roby as questionable with a Grade 2 hamstring strain and he is not expected to return until November.
