Notable back-up QBs in the NFL playoffs

When the Texans face the Raiders on Saturday, they won't see quarterback Derek Carr, who broke his leg two weeks ago. Instead they will get either Matt McGloin or Connor Cook. In the other AFC playoff this weekend,another backup — Matt Moore — will lead the Dolphins against the Steelers.

The Texans are back to Brock Osweiler after Tom Savage, the backup who had become the starter, suffered a concussion last week. Here is a look at some notable backup QBs and the playoffs, many that are quite familiar to Houston fans:
