It was originally set for a noon start.
The Texans currently hold the fourth playoff seed in the AFC and have already clinched the AFC South division title after beating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday.
The Titans currently hold the sixth playoff seed in the AFC due to a tiebreaker edge over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers lost to the New York Jets.
