J.J. Watt misses practice, will play vs. Pats

J.J. Watt did not practice on Thursday due to a hand injury. Wearing a cast on his left hand, Watt was present but working with trainers on the side field.

Head coach Bill O'Brien expects Watt to play on Sunday against New England.

"I don't think it will affect him," O'Brien said Thursday.

Watt said he broke his hand in practice Wednesday, but said he'll play. He will wear a cast on his hand in addition to his usual elbow brace against the Patriots.

The three-time All-Pro was also limited in Wednesday's practice, listed with a groin/hand issue on the official report.
