When Texans undrafted rookie nose tackle Javier Edwards was attending Colorado, he was known for his massive size, sense of humor and a fun nickname: "Big Sexy."
Known as the team comedian in the locker room, Edwards embraced jokes about his weight.
"It came from Colorado and I used to joke around a lot," Edwards said. "I said the nickname one time. They asked how much do I weigh and I said, 'Too Sexy.' Ever since then, that's what it was."
Now, the Ben Davis graduate and former Blinn Junior College transfer is making a strong bid for a roster spot with his hometown team.
