Houston's DirecTV and AT&T U-Verse customers are wrapping up their second week without access to KHOU Channel 11, the local CBS affiliate.
That means for the second straight week, those customers may not be able to watch the Texans game on that station.

AT&T and Tegna, a broadcasting company that owns more than 60 TV stations in 51 markets around the country, are locked in a bitter dispute over retransmission rates - the fees a TV station owner such as Tegna charges cable providers to air its broadcasts.
