Former Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still worked out for the Houston Texans on Tuesday, the day which amounts to the final big tryout day of the 2015 NFL season.
Still gained notoriety when his daughter Leah captured people’s hearts during her brave fight against cancer, in which she was given only a 50 percent chance of beating.
In June, 2014 Leah was diagnosed with stage-four neuroblastoma and the fight became public. In December Devon Still announced the awesome news that young Leah is officially cancer free!
Players all around the NFL showed support for the tough battle a member of their family was going through, and even athletes in other sports reached out to help.
