Houston Texans running back D’Onta Foreman ‘in good shape’

Houston Texans former third-round draft pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, D’Onta Foreman, is working his way back into form after tearing his Achilles tendon against the Arizona Cardinals in his rookie season.

Texans general manager Brian Gaine was optimistic on Foreman’s recovery process in his pre-draft press conference. “He’s come back in good shape,” Gaine said.

“He had an unfortunate situation. Very difficult injury to return from as it relates to the running back position, so we’re pleased with his progress. It looks like he has put in the time and the commitment to be ready to go when we got here, got back here for the first day of the offseason program.
