Houston Texans Roundup: What’s next for free agency?

Tyrann Mathieu and Kareem Jackson will no longer be in the secondary of the Houston Texans, as they both have went to other teams via free agency, both getting three-year deals for a dollar amount the Texans weren’t willing to spend on them.

Mathieu is now with the Kansas City Chiefs for the next three seasons after spending just one season with the Texans after signing with the franchise last offseason. Jackson played his entire nine-year career with the Texans since being a second round pick by the franchise in 2010. Jackson is coming off a season where he played hard at cornerback and safety, but it wasn’t near his best season with the franchise.
