The Texans announced their 53 man roster yesterday along with the rest of the league as they hit their mandatory minimum to meet the NFL’s deadline. The recently released headed for waivers, allowing teams to make claims, before players became unrestricted free agents once again. Houston opted to not put in any waiver claims during this time. Now teams are busy at work putting their practice squad together.
So far Houston has added quarterback Jeff Driskel, wide receiver Jordan Veasy, offensive lineman Carson Green, offensive lineman Ryan McCollum, safety Jonathan Owens, tight end Antony Auclair, cornerback Isaiah Johnson, and wide receiver Chris Moore.
