The Houston Texans will likely be re-opening their training facilities tomorrow so staff and players can get back to work in preparing for the 2020 season.
I do have to give a caveat that it will be “soft” re-opening where there will be limited capacity in terms of staff on-site, no coaches are allowed and the most important thing is that healthy players will not be on site.
